Welcome to Nunu ("the App"), operated by Nunu Motherhood ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

Nunu is a parenting companion app that provides baby sleep tracking, feeding guidance, milestone tracking, and AI-powered chat support. The App is intended for informational and supportive purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information and guidance provided by Nunu, including AI chat responses, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns about you or your baby.

3. Account

You must create an account to use Nunu. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

4. Subscriptions

• Nunu offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly plans) with a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the free trial period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. AI Chat

Nunu's AI chat feature uses OpenAI to generate responses. Messages you send are processed by OpenAI to provide parenting guidance. We do not use your chat data for advertising or sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (sleep logs, mood entries, chat messages, etc.). We store this data securely to provide the service and sync across your devices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nunu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the App, including AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
